We've had a few questions about how to use dynamic panels in Axure RP 4 and we wanted to post a file with a couple samples of how the dynamic panels can be used. Click here to download the rp file

There are two examples in the file. The first is a simple login sample with a dynamic panel that contains an error message. It is initially set to hidden and there is an interaction on the Login button that causes the dynamic panel to be shown in the case that the login fails.

The second is an example of how to prototype a tab control. The tab is contained in a dynamic panel which has three states, one for each tab. There is an interaction on each of the three tab buttons that changes the state of dynamic panel to the state corresponding to the clicked tab.
