The second beta version of Axure RP Pro 4 has been released. Additional information and the download are available at http://www.axure.com/axurerp4beta.aspx. This beta expires at the end of March. We are expecting to release Axure RP Pro 4 in mid-March.

In Beta2, we are using a new installer as well as a new file hosting provider so please let us know if you experience any issues downloading or installing. We have also upgraded to the .Net 2.0 framework.
One feature was removed in Beta2. Events were removed from the dynamic panels. This does not affect interactions on widgets inside the panel states or the ability to hide, show, and set the state of dynamic panels. It only affects events that were attached to dynamic panels themselves.
Below are some of the new features:
- Zoom!
- Custom Widget behavior on masters
- Ability to duplicate pages and entire branches of the sitemap
- Upgrade to .Net 2.0 Framework for significant performance improvements (see Code: Axure blog for more information)
- Ability to enter table cell size
- Text panels and hyperlinks support mouseenter and mouseout events
- Support for Alt tags on images
- Ability to specify Word styles used in the specification
- Object and Table toolbars are available
- Page previews in the sitemap
Files created in Axure RP 4 Beta2 will not open in previous version of Axure RP, but Axure RP 4 will convert legacy files to the new format.
