It seems that if I format a text block as a bullet list, I need to open up an arbitrary amount of space beneath it or the list will overlap the text (or other object) below it.  Is this is a known issue? I am trying to format the no-so-nice looking Axure default frameset. I cannot figure out where I change the a:visited CSS that makes the light greyish background on elements/pages that have been visited.
