It seems that if I format a text block as a bullet list, I need to open up an arbitrary amount of space beneath it or the list will overlap the text (or other object) below it.
Is this is a known issue? If so, is there a fix? When working with long lists of bullets it means I have to adjust the layout by trial and error until it looks right ...

I am trying to format the no-so-nice looking Axure default frameset.
I cannot figure out where I change the a:visited CSS that makes the light greyish background on elements/pages that have been visited. That backgound does not look good if you have changed the colour for the columns.
I'd also like to manipulate the lowest frame border.
