The List Box does allow multiple selection as you mentioned. The scroll bar disappears in IE if the list is shorter than the box. If it is longer, you should see a scrollbar. Is that not the case? No status updates on wholesale support for conditional logic. However, the next update (early next year) will include a new event (OnChange) for droplist widgets with conditional support for checking the value selected in the list.
