When you select the action to open a popup, you can click on "Popup" in the description to configure the size of that popup. But there is not a way to change the default popup size for all popups in the prototype at one time.

Correct me if I've misunderstood, but I believe you are trying to change the page in the main window from the finish window which was a popup from another popup window. In your example above, do you need to open the finish window as a popup or can you load the finish page into the original popup window using Open Link in Current Window? If ...
