Use Axure RP as:

Build your flowchart by adding flow shapes onto the wireframe.  Choose from a variety of shapes including rectangles, stacked files, and actors.  Drop the shape and start typing to add text.

Select the connector line icon in the toolbar then click and drag between flow shapes to draw lines.  Add text to your lines to give a description of various scenarios or decisions. 

Put together a quick flow diagram for ideation or make something polished to present to a client or stakeholders.  Use the  formatting options in the toolbar to style your flow shapes and connectors.
