The iPhone App Template is an RP file specifically set up for designing iPhone apps. It includes a page with the iPhone Frame for viewing on the desktop and guides for designing your app to the iPhone screen size for viewing on the phone. Download and open the iPhoneAppTemplate.rp file and jump right in.
The iPhone App Template is the place to start when creating an iPhone app design. Next learn to view your prototype on the iPhone.
iPhone app prototypes are typically designed to 320 x 460 px. This lets us use the default settings for the iPhone browser without scaling. The template has guides set at that width and height.
If your app content exceeds those dimensions, create scrollable areas using the dynamic panel.

If you are not using the iPhone app template to build your design, global guides can be added to your wireframe by holding Ctrl (PC) or Cmd (Mac) while clicking and dragging from the ruler to the desired location.
USING THE IPHONE APP TEMPLATE PAGES
The "iPhone Frame for Desktop View" page contains an image of an iPhone with an inline frame placed on top. The inline frame is setup to load the App Home page (double-click it to see the link). This set up lets us see the prototype in the iPhone skin on a desktop browser while allowing us to design the App Home and other pages for viewing directly on the iPhone.

The App Home page is set up for viewing your iPhone app design on your phone. This is the page you will browse to from your mobile browser. It does not contain the iPhone image and has guides set to the pixel width and height generally used for designing for the iPhone screen.
