AXURE SHARE ENTERPRISE USER GUIDE
After your Axure Share Enterprise server has been set up, the steps below explain how to configure Axure RP to use your private server.
The Axure RP features that can use your on-premises server are: publishing to Axure Share to get a sharable link to view your published project in the browser, team projects hosted on Axure Share, and loading Axure Share widget libraries. To use your on-premises Axure Share Enterprise server for publishing and team projects, you'll need to point Axure RP to your server.
ADD YOUR ON-PREM ACCOUNT TO AXURE RP
In the top menu, go to "Account > Manage Servers". You just need to add your server once in order to be able to use it for publishing, team projects, and widget libraries.
In the "Manage Enterprise Servers" dialog, click the green "plus" icon to add a new server, or the "Duplicate" icon to copy an existing server. Enter the new server's address in the "Server" field, and your own email address and password for that server in their respective fields on the right-hand side of the dialog. Click OK to save your changes.
Note that you'll always see public Axure Share, at share.axure.com, listed first in this dialog.
(If you need to update the configuration later, you'll see a "Manage Servers" button at the top-right of these dialogs: "Publish to Axure Share", "Get and Open Team Project", "Create Team Project from Current File", "New Team Project", and "Load Library from Axure Share".)
USE YOUR ON-PREM ACCOUNT
After adding your account, use your on-premises server. Anywhere that uses a server (publish to Axure Share, team projects, and load widget library) will have a "Server" dropdown. The address of each server is listed in the dropdown along with your account email address. Use the dropdown to pick your on-premises server.
AXURE SHARE ENTERPRISE TRIAL
If you're a user of a licensed copy of Axure RP Pro or Team, you can test out a free trial of Axure RP Enterprise. Go to "Help > Start Enterprise Trial" to get a month to test out the Enterprise edition with an on-premises server.
If you don't see this menu option, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help starting a trial.
You (or your IT team) will need to set up a server. Get the server installer from the Download Axure Share Enterprise page and installation instructions from the Axure Share Enterprise Installation Guide.
