ABOUT THE APP

The Axure Share mobile app helps you view prototypes on your mobile device and download them so they can be viewed offline.

USING THE SITEMAP

GETTING STARTED

AXURE ACCOUNT

To use the Axure Share App, you must have an Axure account. If you don't have an account yet, create one at Axure Share. Learn about adding projects to Axure Share in this article: Adding Projects to Axure Share.

MOBILE SETTINGS

Configure your projects for viewing on mobile devices using the information found in our guide to mobile app settings (recommended).

VIEWING A PROJECT

VIEW YOUR AXURE SHARE PROJECTS IN THE APP

Log in to the app with the account you use for publishing and viewing projects on Axure Share. If you use Axure Share Enteprise, please see the isntructions for logging in to your enterprise server at the bottom of this page.


After logging in, you'll see a list of all your workspaces. Tap a workspace to open it and view all its projects. Locate your project.


Tap the project name to open it.


Tap the menu icon to configure the project settings. More about project settings below.

SHARING YOUR PROJECT

To share a project with someone else, add them to the workspace in which the project is located. This, and other workspace management features, are available in the browser version of Axure Share.

OPENING THE SITEMAP

Triple-tap to open the project sitemap.

NAVIGATING THE PROJECT

Back: Previous page you visited in the project.


Refresh icon: Refresh the prototype to get the latest uploaded version.


Forward: Next page you visited in the sitemap.


Project sitemap: Tap a page name to open that page.


Cancel: Leave the sitemap and return to the prototype.


Exit:  Exit the project and return to the workspace/folder view.

SETTINGS AND OPTIONS

VIEW SETTINGS AND OPTIONS

The project settings menu, found by clicking the icon to the right of the project name, contains the settings and options.

SETTINGS

Show status bar?:  When this setting is turned off, the project will take up the full device screen, including covering the status bar.

OPTIONS

Download Local: Saves the project to the device.


Open in Browser: Leaves the Axure Share app, opening the project in the default browser app of the device (Safari on iOS and the user-selected browser on Android).


LOCAL PROJECTS

Local projects are stored on your mobile device. Pages in local projects will load more quickly than cloud-stored projects. Local projects can also be viewed when the device is offline.

DOWNLOAD A PROJECT

To download a project, find the project and tap the menu icon to the right of the project name. Tap "Download Local".

VIEW A LOCAL PROJECT

Tap the “Local” tab at the bottom of the screen to view the list of your local saved projects. Then tap the project name to view it.

DELETE A LOCAL PROJECT

Tap the “Local” tab at the bottom of the screen to view the list of your locally saved projects. Tap the menu icon to the right of the project name. Then tap "Delete Local Copy".

LOGGING IN TO AXURE SHARE ENTERPISE

If your projects are hosted on a private Axure Share Enterprise server, follow these instructions to log in to your server to view your projects.

ENTERPRISE LOG IN

Click "Enterprise Log In" at the bottom-right of the  main login screen to switch to the enterprise login screen.


If you need to switch to a public Axure Share account later, you can click "Axure Log In" at the bottom-right of the Enterprise login screen.

ENTERPRISE SERVER ADDRESS

Type your enterprise server address in the top field. It is the same address that is set up in the "Publish to Axure Share "dialog in Axure RP, and that you use to visit your prototypes from a browser. Your IT team can provide you with the address if you do not have it.

EMAIL AND PASSWORD

Use the same email and password that you use to log in and upload to Axure Share Enterprise through Axure RP and view prototypes on your enterprise server in the browser.

Note: It is not possible to hide the status bar when viewing the project in another browser.
