What's included in the Free tier?

The Free tier includes 3 whiteboards, 10 documents, unlimited hosting of prototypes published from Axure RP, unlimited authors, and unlimited viewers. Authors can create and edit whiteboards and documents, and viewers can view them.

Do I need Axure RP to use Axure Cloud?

No, you do not need Axure RP to use Axure Cloud. You can create whiteboards, write documents, gather feedback, and collaborate with your team — all without Axure RP. If you want to create realistic, interactive prototypes, that's where Axure RP comes in.

What's the difference between Plus and Business?

Plus includes unlimited whiteboards and documents, while Business adds single sign-on (SSO), a custom domain for internal use, and SOC II and ISO 27001 certification. On the Business plan, an additional subscription is required for RP publishers.

How does billing work for teams?

Billing is per author per month. Viewers are free. You can add or remove team members at any time, and your bill will be prorated accordingly. Annual billing is available and includes a discount.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, you can start with the Free tier and edit up to 3 whiteboards and 10 documents for as long as you want. On the Business plan, there is a 30-day free trial for publishing RP files, but other features like documents and whiteboards require a subscription.
